Silver Lake MI

Silver Lake in Fenton, MI Features several high-end homes. This great lake also attaches to Marl Lake. Silver Lake is a 310-acre spring-fed lake.  It has 14 acres of islands and has a maximum depth of 64 feet and a mean depth of 19 feet. There is a single inlet from Marl Lake on the south end and an outlet that discharges into Lake Ponemah on the north end. The extremely deep basin is at the south end of the lake.  Another nice feature of this great lake is it does not have a public access. The main access is at Silver Spray Sports and they do not let this lake get overcrowded like some of the other lakes in the Fenton and Linden area. Make sure to check out the Silver Lake Ski Club Shows!

On Silver Lake, there is the 37 acre Silver Lake Park. You enter the park at 16100 Jennings Road, off Owen Road in Fenton.  The sandy beach is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day with a lifeguard on duty. Expansive, grassy area for the sunbathers or those that are looking to play a little catch.
