About Ed Constable
Ed Constable has been around real estate for most of his life. Growing up in Gaines with family involved in construction and management, he developed a wealth of knowledge from a young age. He attended Northwood University, where he learned real world business, marketing, and accounting and received his Bachelor’s in Business Management.
Now a proud resident of Fenton, Ed lives and works in town and knows the community well. When not busy with clients or properties, you can often spot him out with his wife, Laura, enjoying time together at a restaurant or out in their neighborhood with their dog, Sookie.
Ed Constable started as a licensed Realtor in 2012 and has quickly grown his business, receiving numerous awards at Tremaine Real Living, including the Rising Star Award in 2015 and an Emerald Medallion for his work in 2016. He strongly advertises that he is available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, and this availability has helped him both gain clients and provide the best level of service for them. Ed stands out among other Realtors because of his strong knowledge of the commercial market and track record of finding the right tenants for lease listings and buyers for commercial buildings or vacant land for sale. He enjoys the intricacies of commercial real estate and gladly markets a challenging property. In 2017, Ed was elected President of the Genesee Landlord Association and selected by Fenton Township to market the municipally owned properties. Ed enjoys the relationships he builds throughout his community, whether in business or recreation.
Ed Constable’s goal is to be reliable, persistent, and passionate. He is a firm believer in honesty and has the dedication and follow-through to get the job done right the first time. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, contact Ed Constable, Your Realtor for LIFE, to get started!
