Ed Constable has been around real estate for most of his life, growing up in Gaines in a family involved in construction and development. He attended Northwood University, where he learned real-world business, marketing, and accounting while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Ed became a licensed Realtor in 2013 and has quickly grown his business. He has received numerous awards at Tremaine Real Estate, including being named Top Realtor at Tremaine Real Estate. Ed strongly promotes his availability seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and this commitment has helped him both attract clients and provide a high level of service.

Ed was elected President of the Genesee Landlord Association (GLA) and has held that position for several years. He also has experience representing banks, churches, and municipalities in the sale of their properties.
As a proud resident of Fenton, Ed is actively involved in charity and community events through the Genesee Landlord Association neighborhood cleanups and the Warda Foundation.
